About Heidi

Heidi is a Medicine Wombyn rooted in the wild beauty of Northern Idaho, where she tends the land known as Rejuvenation Sanctuary. Her healing work centers around Detoxification, Self-Care, and Earth-Based Spirituality, inviting others to return to balance through the wisdom of the body and the rhythms of nature.

Through women’s circles, private and group retreats, and classes on Herbalism and Home Self-Care, Heidi creates spaces for reconnection, renewal, and empowerment.

 

As an Officiant, Heidi leads ceremonies, weddings, and sacred rituals both in Idaho and abroad. In harmony with her ceremonial work, she crafts altars using the elements—bringing the sacred into both public gatherings and personal spaces.

A passionate advocate for wHolistic living and conscious dying, Heidi supports the Home Funeral Movement and walks with others through life’s most sacred thresholds.

 

Her training weaves together a diverse tapestry of healing traditions, including Ayurveda, Colon Hydrotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Reiki, Viniyoga, Death Midwifery, and Permaculture Design.
